General Information for Participants

Registration Desk

*For those who pre-registered for ICN2018 Educational Course to be held on September 23, the registration desk will be located at the separate venue, Clinical Auditorium, 6F, Tokyo Medical University Hospital. We will not accept onsite registrations there.

Program and Abstracts

Participants will get the program book at the registration desk, and abstracts data will be available on this website.

Name Badges

The name badge is mandatory for access to all Scientific Sessions, Exhibition and Social Programs during the congress at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo.

• Accompanying persons will not be allowed in the Scientific Sessions.
• Exhibitors will not be allowed, except in Exhibition area unless you have paid the congress registration fee.
• Seminar/Symposium sponsors will not be allowed, except in your own sponsored programs unless you have paid the congress registration fee.
• Access to all programs will be strictly controlled; therefore, please wear your Congress Name Badge at all the time.

PC Preview Desk

*For presenters on September 24-27, your PC data will not be accepted on September 23. Please bring your PC or Presentation data to the PC Preview Desk at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation to register and submit it to test the connection and view your file. For details, please refer to Instructions for Presentation in “For Speakers” section of this website.

Poster Session, Exhibition and Coffee Break

Lunch

September 23 (Educational Course)

• A limited number of lunch boxes will be available.

September 24-27

• One lunch ticket/per day will be distributed to each participant.
• The lunch ticket can be exchanged with our staff for a lunch box.
• Please note that due to the limited seating capacity in the room, seating will be on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Internet Access

Free Wi-Fi will be available in limited areas in the congress venue. Details will be informed later.

Congress Notification Board

All schedule updates and important notifications will be available at the Registration Desk on the Notification Board.

Safety and Security

Please do not leave valuable things unattended at any time, whether inside or outside session. We strongly recommend that you use your hotel safety deposit box for your valuables.

Congress Etiquette

Participants are advised not to photograph or video and voice recording any sessions without the author’s consent. Participants are also advised to obtain consent from authors before citing any of their work presented at the congress.

Insurance

The Congress Organizers cannot accept any liability of personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during, or as a result of the congress. Please check with validity of your own personal insurance before traveling.

Hour: 08:00-22:00

Reservations are recommended.
Payment to Little Mate is required in accordance with its instruction.
